These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Mystikwrap's services, including but not limited to:

• • Performance Marketing
• • Influencer Marketing
• • Graphic Designing & Branding
• • Web Design & Development
• • Content Creation & SEO/SEM

By using this website, you agree that:

• You will not misuse the website for unlawful activities
• You will provide accurate information when contacting us
• You will not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission

• Clients must provide accurate, complete information required for the project
• All brand assets (logos, brand guidelines, product details, etc.) must be shared before work begins
• Delayed approvals or feedback may extend the project timeline
• Clients must ensure they own the rights to any content provided to us
• Any changes in scope must be communicated in writing

• All services will be delivered as per the mutually agreed scope of work
• A written proposal/quotation will be shared before starting the project
• Changes or additions after finalizing the scope may incur extra charges

• 50% advance is required to begin any project unless agreed otherwise
• Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery
• No refunds once work has begun
• Delay in payments may pause ongoing services

All payments are non-refundable once the project is initiated.

Refunds are not applicable on:

• • Digital services
• • Design work
• • Marketing campaigns
• • Influencer bookings
• • Paid ads spend

• Deadlines depend on client cooperation, timely content submission, and approvals
• Any delay from the client's side may shift the delivery timeline

• All files, designs, concepts, raw data, and content created by Mystikwrap remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed
• After final payment, ownership of the final delivered files transfers to the client
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing

• The project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in the package
• Additional revisions will be chargeable

• If the client cancels the project after starting, the advance will not be refunded
• If the company cancels for any reason, the unused portion will be refunded

• Mystikwrap is not liable for business losses, profit loss, technical errors, or misuse of shared credentials
• We do not guarantee a specific business outcome, sales figure, or viral performance

• Some services may involve third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting services, etc.)
• We are not responsible for downtime, policy violations, or issues caused by external platforms

• Mystikwrap is not responsible for influencer delays or last-minute cancellations
• Brand product refunds/exchanges due to influencer feedback are not our liability
• Influencer pricing may vary based on market conditions

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
